Food is excellent! Takes a while to get it, but it's worth it. Good servers. Nice ambience.

For the price point you are trying to command you fall short quite a bit. Waited for over 4 minutes at the host stand to be greeted. Before coming we checked the website and dressed according to your "smart casual" requirements. I was a bit disappointed to see at least 2 guests in tee shirts, jeans and zip up sweatshirts as well as hoodies. I guess I missed that in the Smart Casual definition. Next the service. Not that which usually comes with premium pricing. protip...If you charge 40 dollars for a steak that is just a steak and nothing else when I am finished with my appetizer don't tell me to keep my fork. Just clear it and bring me a new one. Don't let my Iced Tea get all the way empty and then ask me if I want another. Just make sure it stays full. Now the food The appetizers were tasty and nicely presented The caesar salad was a huge disappointment. using pre cut romaine may be cost effective but the lack of green in your $10.00 salad combined with the horseradish in the dressing was a let down. The half portions of pasta were served in a soup bowl as opposed to a more traditional flat pasta dish. The Ravioli was dry and chalky. The flatbread barely had any toppings. None of these shortcomings were reflected in the price. I have eaten in restaurants commanding your price point. They were all better than you.
