        Wonderful place to take your Ford vehicles, I have no complaints , so far! They treat you like VIP with personal service upon arrival with Service Advisors that are respectful and professional. I've been a loyal customer for quite some time and Justin Self comes highly recommended along with other Service Advisors. Technicians have ALWAYS did a FANTASTIC JOB keeping my car in great health and this is why I keep coming back to Laird Noller whom I know I can trust. Special THANK YOU to Sam "retired mechanic" who was so sweet and kind to replace my headlight!!!

        People at Laird Noller are excellent. The shuttle did not serve me well. There was way too long a wait. There serms to be poor management of that part of the service. Otherwise all was great.
