We are first time home buyers and have never had any experience with flooring. The original floors were awful and in desperate need of refinishing. I foundJeff through a Google search, and let me tell you, I could not be happier. He went above and beyond for us, and our floors turned out beautifully. He was very responsive and very knowledgeable. Patient with all my dumb questions. All around wonderful Customer service. I will using this company exclusively with our future needs.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. Our floors are beautiful and we are thrilled with how the work turned out. They refinished 100 year old floors that were covered in multiple layers of carpet. The work transitions smoothly into rooms that were already finished. Jeff responded quickly, gave us a quote immediately, was flexible when we wanted to make changes, and was exactly on time. They even finished ahead of schedule. Jeff did a great job communicating with us as the work was going on. Finally, they did a wonderful job cleaning. I can't believe how clean the house is after all of the work they did. We will only use this company in the future to refinish the rest of our floors. I am so grateful we used them.

I read all the reviews and what others had to say about Jeff and his crew and couldn’t agree more! I don’t know where to begin but I will start by saying we initially hired Jeff because he had the best personality and with that came professionalisms and a whole lot of patience! He added hardwood into an existing hardwood floor and you would never be able to tell it was put in at two different times. He really strives to make sure you are happy and get exactly what you want! When he leaves your home you can’t even tell a human finished them, they look like store bought prefinished floors.... flawless! I have used Jeff several times now and am blown away every time he does something. I not only will use him for everything in the future but will tell everyone I know about him. It’s really hard to find quality work like this, you won’t be disappointed!!

Jeff came right out to give us an estimate on a couple of rooms in a rental house. He was friendly and customer oriented. His bid was more than fair, and he was able to work us in right away. The floors look fantastic. I would highly recommend this company!
