I have been a patient of this office for 20 years up until now. I wont get into every detail but one of the PAs is going to be reported. The delay in my treatment and the assumptions about my symptoms are just careless. When youre dealing with issues that are private and their nursing staff are literally laughing on the phone is just plain cruel, humiliating, and extremely unprofessional on their part. Ive recently had lab values that were abnormal and never received a call. I had to just take my health in my own hands and sought medical treatment in another city.

Up until now I have been very pleased with everything until just recently I got a letter saying that my doctor was leaving and to call to get established with another doctor. I called the office on Jan.15th & told them I got a letter to call & get established with another doctor since my doctor was leaving & I was told oh just call when you have an issue in which I replied I would like to be established with a doctor before an issue arrives - she sounded frustrated & said she would have a nurse call - today is Jan.23rd and still no call.

Wait 4 weeks after a referral is sent to finally get a call, only to refuse to schedule an appt because of a stupid lab report... find a different place
