I bought a used motorcycle jacket that was a little dirty but smelled like cigarette smoke. Took it here to get cleaned and they did an AWESOME job. They got the jacket clean & the smell is gone. I highly recommend them!!

My mom gifted me with having my wedding dress preserved for my wedding and the entire experience was not great. We sent my dress back in May of last year. Expected to get it back in october. Was never called with updates or information. We called in January of this year and were told that they were out of the boxes. Which now brings us to June of this year and I randomly got a call it was done. My mom picked it up and wasn't told any details. It's in a box that you can't even see the dress. So they had my dress for over a year, it's sealed in a box that can't be seen, so I have no idea if it was actually preserved or not. And for the price, I expected more. It's overpriced, not great customer service, and took WAYY too long to get back with no updates given. Definitely do not recommend
