        I am in the commercial (mostly real estate and in the US) work-out business.  I have a borrower that is severely delinquent on their property taxes (2013 to 2018) and I needed to understand the process for Kansas.  After a few months of trying to understand the process and timeline, I finally was referred to Keyta Kelly of the Kelly Law Office in Tonganoxie, Ks this morningI emailed her today at 9:17am this morning.  Keyta responded at 11:01am with some information and asked for additional information, which I provided 1:15pm.  Keyta answered all my questions in detail by 1:42pm.Prior to this I was trying to get the same information from the attorney representing on 03/07/2019 and finally heard back on 04/10/2019, and that only confirmed the little that I had already knew.I work with a lot of attorneys/law firms and Keyta's timeliness, professionalism and knowledge is a 5-star Plus!  And I am not even a client (yet)!BobSpecial Assets
