We did not seek to use this company but the builder required us to use them. The showroom was in the middle of nowhere and was subpar. I would expect them to have competitive pricing given their overhead but they were way overpriced. Even with the builder's allowance, we could have purchased elsewhere for a lower price. The contact person, Cathy J was rude and unprofessional from the initial phone contact, throughout our meeting and in every follow-up discussions. She seemed irritated with any upgrade requested which was odd. We didn't feel valued as a customer and she didn't appear to want to be there either. She lacked the most basic communication and customer service skills. She certainly knew her "plumbing" and did respond to all email requests even when it may have been best to refrain. It would have been nice to have dealt with a more upbeat, energetic salesperson. As far as f/u, the wrong and lower quality garbage disposal was sent and the master shower drain was not installed/aligned properly requiring a costly repair from another plumbing company. In the future, I would negotiate for a different plumbing contractor if required by the builder. By far the worst experience with a contractor to date. I'd say perhaps we caught her on a bad day, but we had numerous contacts with her and they were all the same!

Our contractor used Miller for our home construction. We had problem with them bill for things we had already purchased and when we had problems they stopped answering our calls. Our home still has leaks in the drain system they installed Would never recommend them. Don't trust them.
