        I am a few months from being at Seats for a year. I'm very happy to say its been a joy watching the company grow and I'm excited to be a part of it. If you have a good work ethic, come to work on time daily, take pride in what you do, and see yourself as part of a team rather then an individual , its where you need to be. Pay and benefits are awesome, and seats will invest in those who invest in the company. Best decision I ever made when i came here. We have awesome leadership and just when you think they don't recognize your hard work, you will learn soon enough that they do. Everyone has a voice at seats, and its the first job I have ever had that management gave the level of respect they asked for.
