Matt was hired to build my retirement home. He gave us an estimate that was over $200k short of what we wound up spending. I spent a lot of time on the job-site and found way to many issues that could have been prevented. Walls are off vertical, door and window openings too short or too wide. exterior panels not nailed properly, doors and windows do not open or close properly, plans not followed correctly. Many many more to long to list. He is a nice guy but would show up and stay for a couple of hours then would leave. I am not satisfied at all.

Imagine ! Imagine a contractor who takes partnership in your vision bringing ideas and economic solutions. Imagine a contractor who works within your budgetary limits.
