        Went to return my Amazon package. The staff had no clue what she was doing. After we spent a very long time watching the staff member struggle to use a guest phone, it was finally our turn to return our item. However, at this time, the staff member decided she no longer wanted to use the beeper gun she had been using. She wanted to get a second one to also be synced to the computer. She was unable to achieve this. Instead of simply returning to using the working gun, I got to watch her struggle for several minutes. FINALLY, after being in line forever, someone else came over and ran her off to go do something else. They had no problems using the working gun. But no one not even the woman being so difficult offered any apologize for the massive delay she had caused and I still can't fathom why the guest in front of me was forced to hand her phone over to this woman in the 1st place. Overall, I could due with never returning. Not to mention the poor lighting.
