I had a gentleman come to my house and do an inspection. He stated he could not find any bed bugs/eggs or bed bug feces. I knew we had them because on some occasions I was able to catch one. They heated my house twice and twice they failed to rid my house of bed bugs. When I called back hoping to get a third heating the man tells me to do a little research because I may be reintroducing my house to the bed bugs. After embarrassingly having to tell friends, family, and my kids school we had bed bugs I had no leads. So I called again to schedule a third heating or get a refund he stated they do not do refunds and I was past my warranty. A warranty that is not stated on their website nor was I told of one. I paid $1400 dollars and my family was still being ravaged by these bugs. I told the owner I would have to pursue legal action and he messaged me back with "GOOD LUCK." So very unprofessional! I called another company and within the first 5 minutes of that man being at my house he found bed bugs/eggs and feces. This company charged me $650 and came back a second time and sprayed again free of charge. Though after there first spray my family was finally at peace while we slept.
