        Very disappointed with service (or lack of). I've never had a "professional" plumbing company come over to fix a problem for a customer walk down to the basement and then tell me he doesn't have the right equipment and leave. What plumber doesn't have a drain auger? We called a different service and they had our drainage problems fixed in an hour. Don't waste your money with Salina Plumbing Company.

        We could not have had a better experience! I will absolutely recommend Rick at Salina Plumbing to anyone. He answered when we called about a water heater issue and was out our house just a few hours later. Rick worked hard and had the job done by the end of the work day. He is incredibly personable and goes above and beyond to help. His prices are very reasonable and is upfront with what he charges - there were no surprises.         There's a reason Salina Plumbing has such great reviews. We chose Salina Plumbing because we read several of the great reviews on google. Our situation was a very minimal issue but one that hadn't been fixed. Our normal long time plumber came out 3 different visits and somehow was not able to fix a slow running toilet. I'm thinking man this really must be something tricky or complicated if our trusted plumber has been out 3 times, charged all 3 times, and still can't get it to stop running. We decided to get a second opinion, using only reviews on google. Rick was very quick to respond and was very intrigued as to why this slow running toilet couldn't be fixed. He was further amazed that when he checked the very first thing to check (the flapper), it was in fact the culprit. Rick was great explaining some of the operation and how to service/fix/address some of these common issues in the future which we greatly appreciated. Thanks again for your help.

      Aaron, when asked on the phone, you did not know if you had an outside clean-out. As I explained, I have two styles of sewer machines one compatible for basement clean-outs and one that requires an outside clean-out and that my drum style machine (for basement clean-outs) was temporarily out of service. Since you were unable to tell me if you had an outside clean-out, I came over to diagnose the situation. Upon seeing your clean-out in the basement, I shared that I was sorry, I would not be able to help you at this time, and again explained the reason. I then gave you the names of several other plumbers that I thought might have the right equipment in service. There was no charge for my evaluation. I regret that you did not share your concerns or apparent frustration with me while I was at your house, perhaps I could have helped you better understand the situation. Sincerely Rick
