I was in Salt Lake with my brand new 2022 peterbuilt was standind in front of my truck watching was it ans saw on of the winter front clips go flying showed it to the guy and he just looked at me like ya what you going to do about it neve going to a blue becon again

Customer service at the Council Bluffs location was atrocious. Called corporate and never heard anything back. Pathetic!!!

A truly subpart company, the McDonald's of truck washes. I have yet to actually go into a blue beacon through this entire year and be completely satisfied with a wash. It's hard to blame the employees of one individual or a couple individual locations. All the ones I've been to across the country never do a very good job. The customer service is subpar and so is the actual service. They do a low level job on just the basic body wash and then think that I'm going to Pay for all the add-ons! Laughable at best! If he can't handle the little things why would I trust you to do a quality job on all the add-ons? It's a clear sign that corporate management could care less and they're just here for the money! It's hard to consider opening up a corporate account because I don't even think the discounts they would give my company would even be worth the discounted amount! I'll definitely be looking to see what other truck washes are out there from now on.
