      image Service was nice very friendly and great in that aspect, and she said the room wasnt fully clean as she didn't throw away towels used to clean and I could understand that (housekeeping can be hectic) ... But then the trash was still out and it was iffy but we woke up at seven and saw roaches. I was so afraid. I'm glad we didn't bring our bags in. But we had to run so don't be afraid to look for critters before getting comfortable. Listen to your gut. Very friendly and I hope they get a exterminator asap
