Dr. Kirwin is who we have gone to for years but when we changed insurance and I contacted his office because the insurance said he was a listed provider, his front office clerk told me they were not. I mentioned that another dentist in town was also listed as covered and perhaps they would have more information. A few days later my husband called him to try to figure out how we could use our insurance with Dr Kirwin. He told my husband that I had threatened him with going to another dentist and I would be sorry if I did but, and I quote, "you just tell her to come on back and I'll forgive her and take good care of her."
One word. Creepy. Another word. Threatening.
Why would I give anyone with that attitude permission to enter my mouth with a drill? My whole family found another dentist but quick.

Doc Kirwan has always been great for myself and my family. Wouldnt go anywhere else.
