We started the process of buying a local small business in a popular business shopping district, but came up against the dreaded, one-sided Triple-Net lease. Having never encountered such a lease before, we turned to Ralph Munyan to help us navigate the terms of the lease and the negotiations on it. His experience proved invaluable.
