Dr. Gaugh was outstanding! He was honest, thorough, informational and effective! He gave me sound advise and very clearly had my best interest in mind rather than their bottom line. Village Modern is the best dental experience I have ever had.

Had a great experience here at Village Modern Dentistry! Today was my first appointment and for the first time in a long time have I been so relaxed at a dentist office. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and accommodating with you and your needs. The lady who does the X-ray is super gentle and great when taking pictures of your teeth. The doctor himself is wonderful and very patient and kind to his patients and your teeth. Definitely going to stay with this dentist family

This office has canceled and moved my appointments multiple times. Today was a first as I showed up for my appointment (confirmation email sent) and wasn’t on the books. They worked me in... which was nice... but be cautious about using this office unless you are retired or do not have a strict personal schedule because you are definitely on their time.

My very first time stepping foot there and I did NOT have the best experience at all. Camille at the desk comes off as a bit racist. I had an emergency visit today and it was covered fully by my insurance but Camille was very determined to have me pay. She had questions about my insurance but instead of having me come back to the desk she just yelled it out loud. Claimed she could not get an answer from my insurance but she did not try. I was the only African American woman in the lobby and the only one she treated that way. She ended up charging me $100 for no reason at all and has to refund it. Not sure if I was charged for being black but that's exactly how I feel .If you're not already a patient there I suggest looking elsewhere. Her customer service skills are horrible. I left saddened and embarrassed....
