This is for Rural Water 2. The last week I had brown and black water. It was about 10 mins after they closed for the day, so I called Jim, the first number on their after hours contact list. He knew exactly what I was calling about because they were out by my house earlier that day. He apologized and said he would go back out to where they were earlier and run the line again and call me back in an hour. He did as promised! And everything was fixed! He even dropped by to double check to make sure everything was working. Perfect customer service! Thank you, Jim!
