i Realized once we had house on market for 2 months that she in fact was never working for us. She was unprofessional and not at all understanding of our situation. Lack of attention to detail, lack of communication, and she proved it for us at the very end when she said  "Glad to have my sign out of this yard - it was a total cluster."
