Wonderful German cuisine. We drove from Bonner Springs to eat there with friends. Will do again soon.

They were very accommodating. Our family of 12 really appreciated the outstanding food and exceptional service.

We came here with some friends while in town and it was great. The service was quick. The staff was very friendly. The food servings were huge! They bring rolls which are huge as well. The butter was very good too. I got the Jager schnitzel. There was more food then I could eat. I had a great time. I was told they are famous for their deserts. They are really big too. Like so big you wouldn't even believe it! Had a great experience.

Food took a while to arrive. Schnitzel was not even room temperature, had to send it back. They apparently just shoved the entire plate in microwave and brought it back. Tasted terrible, green beans were extra vinegary, potatoe salad vinegar galore. Cucumber salad where one would expect the vinegar, was sour cream and dilly. Reminded me of "Tzatziki", needed a little tang. Not at all german like. Fish was just okay and was way too pricey for two little pieces. Sauerbraten way too saur. Potatoe cakes, frozen and deep fried. Sauerkraut pretty sure came out of a can. Smoked pork chops.....were like ham, not chops at all. It always amazes me when going to a foreign restaurant, that nobody there, neither owners or staff, actually speaks the language. I am a full blooded German, born and raised in Deutschland, and was looking forward to authentic german cuisine, that i didn't have to cook myself. One of our guests was unable to even eat her meal. After talking to the owner, she proceeded to argue with our guest, tell her that all recipes are different, no doubt they indeed were. They did however comp her meal. Watch out for the water with tea flavor....yuck, someone needs to show them how to brew tea. We left extremely disappointed.
