I can say that their customer service is garbage. It look forever to get a hold of someone and when we told them what our issue was, they were rude. They mis-shipped our order and sent us stuff we didn't order and yet they are making us pay for us to return them and their defective products. About 90% of the knives that came in were defective. The knives we bought were out the front automatic knives and when you would retract the blade, the blade was still sticking out, there were screws missing and the belt clips were hardly even attached. When we told them that their response was "well they are made in china so 3 in 10 are defective." That wasn't even the case for us, 7 in 10 were defective not the other way around. I have also ordered other knives made in china which are less expensive than these and those were better quality. Be careful where you buy from. I don't recommend this company. ——————————————————— 2021: Editing my 5 year old review since I can’t seem to reply directly to the owner’s response: At this rate, responding to a complaint 5 years later, obviously I will have no proof as we have moved on with our lives. I honestly had no idea what was going on when I received this response because it’s 5 years too late to solve anything. But you seem very defensive of a lot of us saying the same thing. I don’t leave reviews often so it must have upset me enough to leave one in hopes someone would have reached out sooner. Can’t even do that in a timely manor either.

After returning a knife that I had spent $66 on I was returned $44 that's a 20% restocking fee, I will never do business with this company again

After I placed order seller provide order number,but I never received tracking information,my emails never been answered,after two weeks I open dispute through PayPal, in less than one minute after I opened dispute seller cancel my order.Don’t waste your time with this seller

Purchased two knives, one was the one I ordered the other was not the one I ordered at all. Emailed them right away and they responded right away. Sent me a shipping label to return the wrong knife and said upon receiving the return, they would send me the correct item if available or would refund me. I have bought alot of knives online, tacknives, mega knife, blade addict, grindworx, blade hq, etc. Only had a couple of issues but most companies would send the correct item straight away and then charge if the return wasn't recieved. Considering the knife they sent was a cheap one (around $25) most reputable companies would just say keep it for the trouble. I ended up purchasing the one I originally wanted again so I wouldn't have to wait but probably won't be ordering from them again.update- reordered the knife I wanted but apparently was out of stock or something, not sure , after a week of waiting for them to ship they just cancelled the order,no explanation, definitely won't be ordering any more products from this store. Also waiting on a refund for the original wrong item sent, very disappointed in experience with this store.Months later this guy responds to my review and calls me a liar..just read reviews on Google of others experience and better business bureau claims on this assclown and judge for yourself...spend your money elsewhere, that's my opinion!Thank God for honest reviews to help keep slimeball internet rip-off companies from stealing our hard earned money.Shame on you!Proof is in our email exchanges! Which will be posted on several knife forums and anywhere else I can expose this bad business.

Do not buy from this company. I would give zero stars if I could. Purchased 3 otf knives from this company. 2 of them arrived broken, they were completely inoperable. The 3rd broke within 2 days of use. Tried phoning the company directly several times over several days with no luck. Nobody could even be bothered to answer the phone. I then emailed the company about the broken knives and after 3 or 4 emails I finally received a response saying if I mailed the broken knives back to them (at my own expense) they would refund the purchase price but would not be refunding the shipping cost. I mailed 2 of the knives back to the company and emailed them to let them know and to give them the tracking number. They acknowledged receipt of the email with tracking number and replied the refund would be issued upon receipt of the knives. That was several months ago and no refund. I know that the company received the knives through verification (I have a signature from an employee) from the United States Post Office. I have since emailed 6 or 7 times attempting to find out when I will be receiving my refund but have received no reply. Do not buy from this company. Update: the owner replied to my review here after 2 years and asked if I had any proof. As I said in this original review, I mailed the broken knives back to them at my expense and included tracking information which I provided to them. I still have the emails from the post office showing delivery. What I don't have is the refund. I noticed the owner has gone on a replying binge to the many bad reviews he has received. That's one way to rectify bad reviews. Another is to provide good customer service. Obviously, their business acumen has not improved. As I stated before, do not buy from this company under any circumstances.
