    The woman who answers the phone is extremely rude and inconsiderate. I ask her to please tell the bus driver that my son would be riding in the morning the next two days as he normally doesn’t. She said “he’s already down for morning and afternoon” and never told the bus driver. The driver drove right past us the next morning at the bus stop and then stopped as they saw us and as my child walked up to the bus drove off again and I had to chase them down. The next day I wasn’t going to be able to make it to the bus stop with him as I had to work early so I called here again to ask again to please let the bus driver know as the previous day she drove right past him and I wouldn’t be with him if this happened again and would have no means to contact him. I spoke with the same lady as I did the day before and she was super rude acted very annoyed and told me she can’t tell the bus driver that because there will be a sub tomorrow . I won’t be having my son take the bus to school anymore, it’s too much of a hassle and I really don’t think the company cares enough about the children’s well being . Only good thing I can say is that the bus driver my son has is nice.

    This place is insane. They are very disorganized. If you apply for bus service make sure to get your confirmation in writing. Too many times applications get "lost". Somehow they even lost our application in the middle of the school year. Yet they had been picking my daughter up for school for months and even sent me the schedule with bus stop. How do you have our names, email, and address if you never got our application?! 😂 😂 😂 Not sure what's going on in this place. Hope it's not an open bar in the office.
