Mai Thai Restaurant Temporarily Closed

If I could give them negative stars, I would. They used to deliver, all of a sudden do not. First world problems. Fine, no biggie, we'll go pick them up. The quality has slowly gone downhill, but tonight was the worst. We ordered $60 worth of food. We waited 40 minutes to go pick it up. Get there, they ignore us. 15 minutes later, finally grab someone to ask where the food is. 10 minutes after that, they come back and ask what we ordered. An hour and 40 minutes after I submitted my order online, the food is finally ready. We get it home (less than 5 minutes away) and it's all lukewarm, one item is wrong completely, and none of it is seasoned correctly. We will never go back to this garbage place.

We live just down the street from Mai Thai and have been coming here for years. Recently, it’s been back to back experiences of horrible service, wrong orders, and very bland food. You have to call at least 3 times for someone to answer the phone, yet when you walk in they are sitting in the booths on their phones.

Pineapple shrimp curry was fabulous! And always great phad thai. Tried "shut up" wontons and what a nice surprise, real tasty.
