I would rate her higher than a ten! I have tons of stories about how Linda helped us through our process. I probably would have lost my mind if it wasn't for Linda. She was our rock and our voice of reason while navigating a competitive market. Working with Linda was great. I remember meeting her on her booth at an event around 2yrs back. She is good in follow up and understanding your needs. We were 1st time home buyer and she have explained in detailed the full process. She guided in each and every step starting from showing out homes, what to look in and around the home, preparing for offer, giving market comps of the neighborhood, placing the offer, getting the contract and closing. It would not have been so smooth and easy. She even worked when she was on her vacation and make sure that someone is covering us in her absence. I would recommend Linda anyone who is looking for buying the home.
