Jamie has been working with me about a month. I have compressed discs in my neck and numbness and pain in my left arm and hand for months and months. I was worried I wouldnt be able to work anymore. I highly recommend Jamie! I have some chronic shoulder issues and I have gone to her for the past three years for muscle activation therapy, training and massage. She is excellent at all three! She really knows her stuff when it comes to muscles and how they work and the best ways to treat my issues. Her massages are the best and I also use her for cupping which has been very therapeutic in my shoulder pain. She is very patient and informative as well.

Jamie has really helped me get my body back in shape after having abdominal surgery in January. She's very knowledgeable and skilled at working with your individual preferences and limitations! I couldn't recommend her more.
