        I had originally rated five stares. I have had to amend this as they closed the store without any notice to customers. The next location is hours away. I have contacted them three times as to how I am supposed to honor the inspection contract, and have had ZERO response. My first ring lost stones 8 times. Finally, the said it must have been a bad pour, that the metal composition was bad. Ok, it happens. I was pretty bummed to give up my engagement ring but they did replace it. The ring I have now has had no problems over 2+ years; however, you can see my concern in how the company has offered m no contact or options on how to keep my ring safe and protect our investment.
