        Josie Polk State Farm has some of the best customer service we have ever received. If you call the office and by chance have to leave a message, you get a return call ALWAYS. This office goes above and beyond to put customers needs first. If you have any problem, you can be assured it will be solved. We had previously done business 45+ years under John Burns. We have always been extremely satisfied with their service and work ethic. We appreciate Agent Josie Polk and her office staff.

A++++ F/u: Claim was handled quickly and w/ out hassle, team in Georgia were accessible and communicative. David from Josie Polks office called me after the claim process had been completed to make sure everything went well. I appreciate the personal touch. Seamless process from start to finish. Highly recommend!
