If you are looking for Insurance make this your last resort if at all Tyler is the new owner although he may hve been in the Insurance game a while it doesnt show ....he needs some classes on Communication He added my 19 year old after sending an email notifying me that they did some sort of check stating we have an adult driver that by law must be added , i Emailed back and stated my 19 year old does not drive my vehicles and i would ask if she would want to pay for her own insurance if so i will add her and for a Quote, I received another Email stating only he will need my 19 year olds info and will will give us a quote and basicly that i havent a choice by law she has to have insurance , If he researched and knew there was an adult with a lic in my house you would imagine he could qoute off of his info? just speculation, well we had some things happen that side tracked me so i did not send any further info, however He took it upon himself to add her to my insurance without an Email like he sent before with his demands or a call to notify me that he had done this, needless to say we moved on to another insurance agency. Im not sure sure what the law states about renters insurance which we held with tyler ott with the other policies....he took it upon himself to notify the manager of our property that we no longer have renters insurance with him not a big deal our new agency had the Email address misspelled.... As i said im not sure why they notified maybe its law again ...Point being Tyler Ott is the lst person i would put money in the pocket of im sure he has fans that love they way he does business but i am not one of them Take this info as something to consider.
