My own insurance company had canceled my insurance policy without adequately warning me that it was going to happen, leaving me in an uninsured and dropped status. Marla Williams agency was able to find me (as an uninsured homeowner) a viable insurance plan at a similar price, even though I was in the middle of a major rehab. Marla went to a great deal of personal inconvenience and spent a lot of time on saving my posterior. I will always be grateful to her, and I will consider her my agent of choice for future insurance needs in the Kansas City area.
