Nick Rouse - State Farm Insurance Agent

I dealt with Nick Ross when my house burnt and he took very good care of me even brought me emergency money and State Farm just really stuck by my side thank you Nick.

After being with Nick's State farm coverage for years I made a claim after hitting an racoon in a low profile car.  It did a lot of damage.  I went to drive my car home after all the repairs were done & could hear something wasnt right.  Took it back to body shop they said just mud in brakes.  Took home again still making the sound.....knew something wasnt right body shop sent tow company to retrieve my car.  The car had further damages that they had not caught before.  Nick's adjuster said it's not from accident so will not cover it or my tow bill.  So I pay full coverage for my vehicle that's now broken at shop non drivable after being jerked around for a week on if they were going to cover the costs or not.  I had a fully functional car before the accident now I don't that's not full coverage to me.  Their original tow driver also drove through my lawn  & the end of my driveway tearing it all to hell with no apology.  He got out of his tow truck said " are you gonna make a big deal outta this?"     The quality of this insurance company is a joke.  They are no good cheats.  Take your business elsewhere if your looking for someone to have your back when you need it most.

I can not express enough of my gratitude for this place. Staff is always kind, prices are affordable and reasonable, and they are always looking out for our best interest. No matter the reason for the call, from this office to the extended Customer Service Nation Wide, I have Never had this amount of respect or level of great customer service. They are here for "YOU"!
