Micro Center

Microcenter customer service is great as always. I bought two boxes of MX switches. One of them ended up being a completely different set. I was able to exchange it for another box with the correct switches. Im a bit disappointed that this is the second time Ive had issues with a purchase. Not microcenters fault, just the condition of the product. But their customer service is top notch.

I loved micro center up until this point. Made an appointment at 2 to get my MacBook looked at (u bought my MacBook from this micro center). Went in, Apple technician was not there. Okay thats fine its a tech place someone else could probably help. lol. No. The employee who assisted had their own iPhone but didnt understand how to use the Find my iPhone app. Was talking extremely slow. Why allow an individual to get an Apple product service appointment when the Apple technician wont be there and no one else can help? No idea. Very disappointed after having so many good experiences with this location. Very sad.
