        We came home Christmas evening to water damage through half of our house and Serve Pro was very responsive to our emergency. They made us feel like a priority even during the holiday time and communication was perfect. They even completed the clean up faster than they originally predicted! We are very happy with their work and would rehire them again in a heart beat. Everyone was friendly and kind during what was a very stressful few days for us.

        Our basement flooded last week because of the toilet. There were three inches of water that we had to remove. When Servpro came in a few days later to do the cleanup, it was amazing! Brandon Locke, the crew chief, was the kindest man I've ever met :-) and even though they had a huge job to do, and even though they were at our house for nearly 6 hours, he was just as kind at the start as he was at the finish. Just a great guy, a great crew, and a great company. Thank you Servpro!
