Decent food was not a very clean place

Not the place I remember. No heat. It was about 15 degrees outside. No heat except around the buffet, which I think may have just been radiating from the buffet. Waitress was wearing two coats and busting her ass while hostess (also in large coat) sat behind her little deal on her phone, laughing obnoxiously. Ate anyway, and it seems the food wasn’t as I remembered either. Maybe it was the cold....

Average at best. It's the typical Ottawa eating establishment. Dirty floors and bathrooms. It has that worn out feel that the place wasn't really clean and fresh since the place was a Bob's Big Boy back in the 70's.

Restaurant was pretty dirty. The floors. Windows. Booths. The food was not to bad. But that was because they did not really have anything made. You had to ask them to make more so it was at least fresh. And the ice cream scoop was sitting in a bowl of ugly "water"
