I drove 3 hours to trade my vehicle after speaking with Rossy. She was amazing to work with, as was Jose. The process was made so easy by them. They were outstanding to work with! I will definitely recommend them to everyone i talk to. And....my new vehicle is wonderful!

My experience with laird noller was great initially. I Spoke with a sales person and found the ideal truck that i was able to drive off with the same day. Not to say, the team was able to get me a decent deal. Where do they go wrong? Laird noller is a pre-owned vehicle dealer so the truck has a-lot of noticeable paint details that need to be retouched/fixed. I was promised it would get fixed before, during, and after sale purchase. It has been months now and every time i talk to someone they tell me the same thing. It seems they are not interested in fixing anything. I have tried helping with alternative cost methods and even then it seems they are not complying. I have done my own research with different paint shops and car part websites and it should not take this long. The 2 stars is for the clerk who was able to KEEP ME UP TO DATE with title issues and actually followed through with getting that situation fixed. I Dont plan on changing my review until laird noller in olathe fulfills their promise. Update- I was contacted by a salesman and was told to bring the truck in to get worked on. I was told it would take 2-3 days initially, however, The truck was wherever it was for a total of 6-7 days. Upon pick up, the truck was covered in bugs and road grime. I wasnt able to quite look at the work that was done so i called it good at the moment and drove to a car wash to inspect all touch up points, as a result, a few spots were left and a poor job was made on my side mirror cap (as seen on attached images). I also noticed a substantial amount of miles added and gas was left at half tank when i had left it full at the time of drop off. I asked the salesman if the truck was driven (said they had no clue) but i confirmed it was with the mileage. I was surprised at the short amount of time it took but was more surprised on the conditions my truck was presented to me. I give my overall experience a 1/5. They lack communication, honesty, and some areas of professionalism.

Jose and Laura were awesome! Worked with us to get the vehicle we wanted at a very great and competitive price. We were extremely happy with their service and professionalism. Would definitely recommend purchasing your next vehicle here and ask for either Jose or Laura! We would for sure buy from them again.
