Rented a SECOND unit at this facility. Had to make a special trip to the store to sign contract, because the printer wasn't working. Less than a week later, management CUT off my locks and put on their own. They said unit was VACATED! Didn't even know who rented it. They magically found the contract before I made it in. I had to make yet another special trip into town (about an hour round-trip), so I could get new locks for the units. They replaced the locks, but with much cheaper made ones than were on the unit to begin with. No real apology, just a bunch of excuses how it was a different employee that caused the problem. Even complained that I made them late leaving for the day. They couldn't understand why I was upset with them.

I rented a unit yesterday. Laikyn was wonderful. She was friendly, helped me pick out the size that works best for me, and thoroughly explained the terms of the rental.

Wow! What a pleasure it was doing business with this particular StorageMart, especially Malynda, the manager. I had a ton of things all happening at the same time and Malynda could not have been more helpful, professional, and patient. I ended up renting two units and the whole process went super smooth.
