Today was not a good experience. I made an appointment. When I got there there were 2 people waiting already, I signed in, and sat down. No one acknowledged me but I was willing to let that go because they were clearly busy. One worker did glance at me and I said, "I just got here." She barely nodded and went on. A bit ticked now, I sat again. A few moments I notice a new customer getting ready to enter and knowing how this was going to go I stood up immediately. On cue the new customer entered, a worker said, can I help you, and I had to say, "No. I was here first." Fully ticked now but trying not to be the Angry Black Woman, I took my spot at a pedicure chair. Remember I have an appointment but it is clear there is no available technician to do the service. After 5 min of waiting at that point I left. Time to find another spot for pedicures.
