Jon and Rodney have both pretty much been non-responsive with any form of communication, on replacing some plants and a tree that did not come back in the spring since they planted them. Resolving these issues should have been about 1-2 week timeline I would imagine, but it has dragged out for many months now which is slightly frustrating as a customer that paid them $3,000 for a project. Their response is always "we are busy and backed up on projects" well that sounds like a you problem, not a me problem for how they manage projects. I can understand weather delays for a week or two, but going on 4 months now since I first reached out about the warrenty. Would really love for my Japanese Maple and some other plants to be replaced finally.
