Their Fort Worth agent, Robert Pettit, conned my parents into an appointment - misleading them that he was with their current Medicare Supplement provider. It was unethical. Not until the end of their over 1 hour meeting did he let on that he was trying to sell them an Aetna policy instead of talking about their current policy. My parents felt completely taken advantage of and I feel this is a shady practice. I phoned the agent myself, who got angry that I called him out on misleading them. I would be very wary of a company that has only 5 star reviews and shady business practices. In fact - please note that the majority of reviews are from EMPLOYEES!! hmmmmmm....

I can't quite put into words how amazing this company is and the opportunity I have working with my teammates all across the country. We truly are a family. I enjoy helping out the people I touch each and every day and the relationships I've built over the years. I can't thank enough, my leaders in our office back home here. They've helped build my character and have introduced me to this phenomenal career. I'm just glad to be here and ALL IN!!!!

The attitude of this company and its agents is refreshing. You get the feeling that they actually are there to help you. At a time when everything on TV is sensationalized to scare seniors, and at a time when there really are risky people and companies out there, it's nice to have found this pillar of integrity. Unlike my past experiences with insurance folks, these american senior benefits agents were unusual in that they didn't seem scared of clients making their own decisions after educating them about the options.
