There is nothing cookie cutter about Rick or how he approaches his work. I am consistently impressed with his care and support of educators - working to provide the best options for them in appreciation for how they serve our youth and communities. Couldnt ask for a much worse experience with my agent. After a divorce and separating our policies, I was charged for payments I shouldnt have been. Instead of just making it right, I had to go back and forth for months with him before receiving the check. Any mistake that would happen he would automatically divert the blame to the system or billing, refusing to take accountability for his own mistakes.

Rick is one of those insurance agents who become a close friend and like family. Before you know it, you'll be with him for 20 years and he's taken car of not only you auto and home policies, but also your life insurance and retirement funds. I highly recommend him all the time to friends, colleagues and family. Good Guy...through and through.
