        Guy in a little beret takes my order nice enough but then decides to go chat with another employee instead of turning around and filling the black cup of coffee I ordered. So I wait five minutes for someone else to pour the cup of already made coffee while he chats it up with another employee (looked like a manager). Guessing the other employees find him annoying as well. Now I understand why this location always has a ridiculous long line. Hes probably convinced himself it isnt his job to fill the order, just to take it. Sign of the times with finding good labor right now.
