Out of the apartments Ive lived in this one is my favorite! Great staff and nice sized apartments for good price! The only reason I gave 4/5 stars is because some of the fixes they did prior to me moving in were not the most impressive but the were quick to fix or I was able to fix the problem myself. For example, they were really quick to fix the crack I had in my bathroom vanity. One of the fixes I did was they put the door handle on backwards so the door wouldnt close but I was able to fix that with a simple screwdriver! Overall, I recommend! They make sure their tenants are happy!

Maintenance is very quick with requests, literally within a few hours. Michelle in the office is very welcoming and super helpful/responsive. The area is nice and quiet and a perfect location, close to anywhere you need to go!

I have lived here for 6 months and it has been a peaceful experience. Although the apartments are older, they have been renovated and anytime I have a maintenance request it gets taken care of immediately. The office staff are all very helpful and will always respond to any issues I have. It is in a safe area and it is close to everything.

Almost a year in .. no complaints maintenance always shows up and works fast and efficient. Community is clean and quiet.. over all pretty good place to live
