Every time I go here the line is ridiculously long. There was like 8 or 9 people in line and 1 person up front? Where is the manager when you need them? There should have at least been 2 people helping the people in line. Drove to Prairie Village post office and there was no one in line. Plus they had the change of address envelopes sitting out like they should have been there. Get it together people.

My postman informed me he dosen't scan out going packages? Thought it was part of their job? I now have a $317. Package that is not showing in the sysem and no way to track. This has not been the normal procedure for several years. 2022 UPDATE: THE PERSON DELIVERING MAIL FAILED TO SCAN MY OUTGOING PACKAGES AND ACTED LIKE SHE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT I WAS REFERRING TO? SO THE COST HAS GONE UP AND THE SERVICE HAS GONE DOWN? TRUE GOVERNMENT WORK FOR SURE. THIS SHOULD BE NO STAR...

I know the post office gets a lot of slack but they were great today. Holiday Season. Walked in at noon with 42 small packages. The clerk (Aries mask) was pleasant, professional and very helpful.
