Overall, it's a great place and the staff is great and helpful. I am a member of the McPherson Branch. I had an issue 2 or 3 months ago where I lost a vehicle in an accident. I asked a loan officer how much would I be allowed to borrow to replace the vehicle. She told me the amount the next day because she had to ask the manager. I said ok, and when I found a vehicle for less than the amount they told me I could use, I was told that they wouldn't let me use it. I know that the loan officers don't make that decision. That decision is made by the branch manager. So, the branch manager lied to me, and used an old car dealers trick of Bait and Switch, say one thing, then do the opposite! I'm sure that I am not the first member he has done this to. If he can't honor his word and lie to members, then maybe corporate needs to can him.
