these guys are great. I worked with Gary out of Manhattan for sales and he was easy to work with. the installers were quick but had good quality of work. I will be using them again for my basement windows and door possibly.

I rent a home and was told that the owner was planning to redo the windows. I was informed that someone would call me to set up and appointment. I received a call from this place at 7:45 PM on a Thursday night about two weeks after being notified by the management company. They ask about a time and I replied after 4pm would work best to look at the windows. They ask about Monday at 4:15 PM and I agreed. Nobody showed up. When I called to ask, they told me that the appointment was for Tuesday and they knew because it was in their Google calendar. I had to leave work early two days in a row. I have not heard from them since. It's been a month.

Gary and his team at The Window Source of Kansas did a fantastic job. They arrived on time and completed the work faster than I anticipated. The installation crew was very professional and took great pride in their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for replacement windows.

We could not more pleased with our experience using this company! Gary was very communicative and helpful every step of the way! Our window replacement was part of a real estate transaction, hence time constraints and some abnormal scheduling. They did what they needed to do to make this happen for all parties! Very reputable local owner with long-standing ties to our community which is always a definite bonus!
