We've had all the windows replaced in our home by Zen, in three phases to make it more affordable. Each time we've been impressed with how smooth the process is from getting a quote, confirming measurements and then install. The install team is efficient, tidy and polite. We are very happy with our windows and have even referred friends to Zen!

Great company! Happy with all of those who helped us from our initial consultant, James, to the estimator and installer. Zen Windows Kansas City was prompt and professional. James was incredibly helpful in quoting the work to be performed, and George and his team did an amazing job installing my seven windows. Luke and Misty were very helpful in coordinating the timing of the delivery and following up after the job was complete. The windows are great! This was my first time getting all the windows in a house redone and did a lot of research given the price. James at Zen was an absolute professional in terms of providing answers to all my questions, coming to see the house to provide recommendations on window types and colors, but not being pushy about any product or timing. The communication by Misty after the purchase was great and always responsive. Then the installation was swift and done very nicely in terms of quality, clean up, and ensuring everything was right. Really can't say enough about the service throughout the whole process and how nice the windows perform and look. Love the ability to easily clean all the windows from the inside as well. The entire process with Zen Windows went perfectly! It started with emailing Luke for a quote (which he was great with all of my changes), having Jorge come out and measure, and finally Jorge and his crew installing the windows. The windows look and work fantastic. We had over 4 quotes and Zen Windows gave us the best deal and quality. Luke was awesome about following up and making sure we didn't have any issues. 100% would use again and highly recommend! Service: General window replacement
