I don't know enough to about Plexpod to rate it good or bad, but from what I saw I liked. It is what was described to me as a collaborative office building where many businesses can use one building for rent and share many of the same spaces also for rent. It would be used by people who could otherwise use work from their basement, but also has the perks of a professional space for meetings etc.
I was visiting Mission Church (a Church of the Nazarene). It was a good experience although the space wasn't designed for a church it worked. The church used to meet in a theater and had many more things to do to prepare every weekend and to tear down than in this facility.
