        Manager on duty was forgetful with our orders and discussed personell issues in main seating area. Tables and chairs were very dirty. Waited at counter while he texted on his phone for a couple minutes before he acknowledged our presence.

        Bread was stale and had to wait behind people ordering for huge groups. Staff was very good though, much better than in the past.
