Men's Wearhouse and Tux

Horrible experience, We were the only ones in the store, and the associate acted as if we were an inconvenience. My father is disabled so it is difficult even with handicapped accessibility to get him in and out of places. I got him in the car and we went to this location since it is closest to him. I got him in the store and the associate said there was no point in me bringing him in to be measured, that isn't how it is done for what he was going to wear. Which is not what I was told by another Men's Warehouse location which is closest to me. He just asked his t-shirt size and then asked for a deposit but everything was already paid for. My fiance and I made sure that when the guys went in to get measured that they didn't have to pay anything. I would never use this location for anything. Now I'll have to check with our local store who is way better at customer service to see if the order will even be right. When I shouldn't have to. By the way WE WERE THE ONLY PEOPLE IN THE STORE and he still acted like it was an inconvenience.

I walked the entire store found and tried on a couple jackets that I found. I sales people were too busy texting. So I left. Went across the parking lot to DXL, I got the quality of suit and service. That used to be what you could count on from MW. Not anymore, they have shifted their target customers from business men to kids that only wear suits when their gf makes them.
