Allied Medical Equipment

The phone number on the bill is useless; it keeps hanging up every time I call. Just want to pay my bill, but can't reach them.

I did not have a good experience here. I went for my insurance provided breast pump and the girl that was assigned to help me was rude and told me my insurance didnt cover it. This is my second child in a two year timeframe so I know for a fact it is provided. Instead of trying to work with me on a resolution or help me at all - she sat across from me and stared at me while I called my insurance company to see what the issue was. Upon speaking with a representative she informed me they had just spoken with someone from Allied and stated it was 100% covered. So unprofessional, I couldve just ordered one online like a did last time and saved myself the less than desirable customer service experience.

If I could give them less than a 1 star I would. I spoke with the "Manager" today, she hung up on me twice. Totally unprofessional. Still have no resolution. Will NEVER use their services again.

Horrible experience with their billing department. We made a payment more than a month ago which went through our insurance which all is fine on their end and even indicates that the bill has been paid. Money taken out of our account and everything. Allied Medical Equipment indicated that they never received a payment and refuses to look into this issue. My recommendation is to avoid this place and or any related business with them at all costs or it will cost you.
