Hey Sprint. Where’s my refund??? I recommend not using Sprint. I returned a phone in June 2020. They were to credit my credit card and cancel the service plan. I received confirmation in July 2020 they received the phone and the service contract was actually cancelled. NEVER credited me the $300+ for phone. I made numerous attempts by online chat and phone calls (it appears they intentionally make it extremely difficult to talk to anyone). After many many hours and calls I finally spoke to a nice woman who found the error and said she would expedite the refund. Guess what? Nothing! More calls, more time with being told my credit would be processed. When again nothing showed up again I called to learn they closed my request because they used the credit in June 2021. They could not provide me confirmation on transaction or proof. Instead now they blamed my bank! Bank has no record. So a year later I’m still out $300+. Is this a scam you run? Terrible - nonexistent customer service. Cannot trust or believe them. BBB contacted. I’d just like my money back. Interest would be nice too given the length of time it’s been and the amount of time I’ve spent.

This company merging was the best thing for everyone so you can know NOT TO CHOOSE THEM AS YOUR CARRIER. This company will lock you in and you are ON THE HOOK FOR THE REST OF YOUR NATURAL BORN LIFE. UNLESS YOU PAY 2000.00 DOLLARS TO GET OUT OF YOUR CONTRACT. Don't choose them if you live in NEW YORK

I ordered a 3 phone upgrades and paid for them over a month ago. Now I am being told the phone is not available. When I ordered the upgrades I was not told they were on back order and had to call several times before this was shared with me. Now they want to charge me $600 more to get me a comparable phone. I would call this breach of contract. We made an agreement and I paid but they did not delivered. Customer service does not seem to care so I guess it's time to shop around.

T-Mobile Campus is a beautiful place has a lot of potential. I used to work at Sprint they had a great workout facility. I now is a great place to take the dog for a walk.
